Satellite Workshops
As part of the GAP.12 Congress, satellite workshops will take place on September 12 and 13, 2025, following the core program (from September 8 to 11). These satellite workshops can benefit in many ways from being connected to GAP.12, and vice versa.
If you are interested in organizing a satellite workshop, we invite you to submit your proposal by December 15, 2024, to info@gap12.de. Your proposal should include the following:
- a brief description of the workshop topic (2–3 lines),
- names of potential keynote speakers,
- duration (one or two days),
- expected number of participants.
Please note that satellite workshops are independent organizational units. While the GAP.12 Congress provides rooms and presentation infrastructure, funding is limited to a maximum of €600.
The organizing committee will review and respond to proposals promptly. We look forward to your ideas and contributions to the GAP.12 satellite programme!
